England Team Director, Andy Flower, and Managing Director-England Cricket, Hugh Horris, revealed a new coaching structure which sees Ashley Giles take charge of the one-day and Twenty20 team.

Flower, who will remain Team Director, will continue to run the Test side and will link up with Giles when planning for England's one-day and T20 matches. Both will remain as selectors.
