Highway CC embraced NatWest CricketForce - and literally laid foundations for their future success

ECBtv spoke to Highway's Mike Thornton and Jamie Marsh while enjoying a rip-roaring CricketForce Saturday in the midlands sunshine.

And with visits from England world cup winners Jenny Gunn and Nicky Shaw, as well as Ashley Giles and a contingent from Edgbaston, to bolster the spirits, the large turnout from the club, local businesses and volunteers ensured a whole host of positives as the club looks forward to summer 2009, and many more ahead.
