England Under-19 coach Andy Pick spoke to ECBtv during his squad's recent training camp at the National Cricket Performance Centre in Loughborough.

Pick looked ahead to January's tour to South Africa where they will play five ODIs and one Test.

Former England captain Michael Vaughan also dropped in to hand out the new caps and say a few words to the young stars.
