ECBtv visited Wickford CC in Essex, who have managed to generate considerable enthusiasm for NatWest CricketForce 2007 within their members and local community, and hope their event will help to regenerate the club.

Anthony Peters and chairman John Turnbull explained what projects they have decided to tackle on the NatWest CricketForce 2007 weekend, how they have managed to motivate their members after some initial reservations, and what it could mean for them moving forward.

While Ian Butler provides some tips on how they chose to involve their local councillors and community - and will look to generate media interest; especially thanks to some lateral thinking which should provide some celebrity turnout from local Championship side Southend United FC.
