The ECB recently hosted the national Sky Sports Coach of the Year Awards at Lord's.

There were three categories - Outstanding Contribution and Services to Cricket Coaching, Outstanding Coaching Achievement and Best Young Coach of the Year (under 25).

Mike Gatting, ECB Managing Director Cricket Partnerships, and Tim Lumb, Community Cricket Education Manager, spoke to ECBtv about the scheme.
